The Joy of Giving

For the past 10 years, Santa and the Mrs. have found ways to connect with kids and families who struggle during the Holiday season.  Every year, the generosity of others creates a momentum that carries this amazing project forward.   Click on the video below to learn more about this exceptional effort.

Frequently Asked Questions

This is the time of year many of us are bombarded with requests for giving.  We understand and hope you are able to share even $10.00 as that makes a significant difference to the project.  Please know that both time and donations are always appreciated and completely go to the project – reaching as many families as possible.

How are donations used?
Any donations in any form are used 100% for purchasing gifts or food for the families. We purchase gifts all year long in anticipation of the holidays, often using our own funds to acquire the gifts.  We recommend buying $10.00 gift cards to either WalMart or King Soopers which are given directly to the families for groceries.
May I recommend a family in need?

Yes!  While the initial work for Santa and the Mrs. was to reach out to families living in lower income motels.  we also wish to reach those working families facing the challenge of not being able to provide gifts this year.   Mrs. Claus tailors her selections to the ages of the children.  You may reach out by calling (303) 913-0651 (Anna Preston).

May I volunteer my time instead of money?
If you are one of the fortunate people who love to wrap gifts, then YES!  We have an annual wrapping party for three days prior to Christmas Eve.  We are generally wrapping hundreds of gifts and this year, that number may be even greater.    Please call (303) 913-0651 to find out how you may help.
